Ingredients for 12 servings (2 pcs per serving)
500 gFlour
250 gMilk
50 gYeast
125 gButter
50 gEggs
10 gSalt
24 pcssmall cabanossi (approx. 10 cm long)
 

How to make

Combine flour, milk, yeast, butter, eggs and salt to make a yeast dough. Then let the dough rise for around ten minutes at room temperature. Afterwards roll the dough out to a size of 48 x 20 cm and cut 20 x 2 cm strips.  Wrap each cabanossi up in a single strip and place in a MIWE cube : proof set to 30° and 75% humidity for about 10 to 15 minutes. Then bake to a golden brown for 12 to 15 minutes at 180 C° in a MIWE cube : air - or at 210° and heating level 2 in a MIWE cube : stone.
