State-of the-art baking oven technology in a nostalgic look Behind the authentic baking oven door - authentic because it is made from the same casting moulds as the true AHO-produced door - a modern MIWE condo is performing its job. It is electrically heated, and possesses the entire flexibility and performance of the deck baking oven highly valued among bakers, but in a nostalgic outfit. This effectively emphasizes what many bakers wish to show their customers: In this store, baking is performed by every trick in the book of classic baking art. The by all means heavy baking oven door can be opened easily due to the chain-operated loading door with chain hoist and balance weights, but reliably demands all attention in the process. By the way, it will continue to do so for years to come, as it does not turn unsightly within the shortest time with traces of use, but quite the contrary even gains authenticity as a result. Talking about authenticity: Of course MIWE will continue the art of classic baking oven construction. So if you rather wish to operate an old German wood baking oven artfully constructed from chamotte instead of the Wenz 1919 (and there are several bakers year after year that have this desire), you are also in the very best hands at MIWE. The Wenz 1919 is only available with two hearths for sheet dimensions 60 x 80, and hearth passage height 19 cm. The baking oven is principally and fully fixed onto a (mobile) frame that can easily be rolled into an adequate alcove. The control element (a MIWE FP) is equipped with a long cable, meaning it can be placed at a distance or also on the side. |
