The circulated air can be dosed exactly with a dosing slide valve between baking chamber and heating unit. This way every product is provided with the ideal climate conditions. And you use the rationalization advantages of rolling loading without having to forgo highest product quality.

MIWE aircontrol saves valuable heating energy. During steam input, the dosing slide valve automatically closes the baking chamber - energy-intensive steam input is saved, and expensive reheating becomes superfluous. A decisive criteria in times of increasing energy prices: Real-life tests show that you can save up to 20 % in energy costs for baking with the MIWE roll-in over comparable oven systems. This is also due to the door of the MIWE roll-in, which remains steam-proof even after many years due to the adjustable sealing ring.
