A strong circulating fan with four stages and a professional double steam unit integrated in the baking chamber ensure the right air conditioning (this means especially: plenty of steam) in the baking chamber.

Fully automatic cleaning system makes your life as a baker easier.
For this reason, the MIWE developers have set about basically revising the MIWE cleaning control - the fully automatic wet cleaning system for all baking stations of the MIWE aero family.
It goes without saying that a cleaning system of the latest generation includes, in addition to perfect results, simple and safe operation for the personnel, lower operating costs, and sustainable handling of natural resources. 
  • Simplest handling makes cleaning easy: just install the cleaning nozzle, insert the tabs in the tank, and start the cleaning process at the press of a button - everything else works automatically.
     
  • Perfect cleaning ability, simplest dosage, lower operating costs with freely available cleaning and deliming tabs; no spatial requirement for cans with cleaning agent in the branch outlet.
     
  • It keeps down the costs and protects the environment: the clever water and circulation system reduces the water consumption at approx. 27 liters per cleaning operation; MIWE cleaning control goes considerably below the consumption of the other automatic cleaning systems on the market.
