One of the best opportunities to experience MIWE technology and the unique MIWE spirit of baking up close will be at the upcoming IBIE in Orlando from 7 to 10 October, 2007. Hall B, Stand 4517 is MIWE's address at the fair. That's where visitors can get a good look at the company's comprehensive range of products.
At center stage will be the new roll-in rack oven that MIWE developed exclusively for the North American market: the MIWE lift-in. "Bake it easy" is the company slogan for this baking oven, because everything about the MIWE lift-in is conceived to make it as easy as possible to achieve perfect baking results.
This of course begins with an installation process that takes only a few hours to complete, and a quick and effective start-up procedure. Thus, it's really only a matter of a few short hours before the baker can begin baking with dependably uniform results. The oven has been supplied with a generously-proportioned heating unit and a high-performance steam generator that work together to ensure the high degree of elasticity and the full steam ahead power so important for modern baking.
The patented MIWE aircontrol system allows for the precise determination of the amount of circulated air in the system and, accordingly, for the ideal baking conditions for the widest variety of baked goods. And because the MIWE aircontrol system is so energy efficient, it's easy on your pocketbook, too. And yet another MIWE innovation referred to as gradient baking solves an old problem by allowing perfect baking results even in an oven only partially filled.
The "Lift" - the device that lends the oven its name - quite simply lifts the rack automatically when it enters the baking chamber. So you see, MIWE has lightened your load here as well by making even the loading process easy come and easy go. In addition to the star of the Orlando show, MIWE will offer other highlights from its comprehensive repertoire.
On display at the IBIE, for example, will be the MIWE ideal, the flagship of MIWE's multi-deck ovens, as well as the MIWE thermo-express, a thermal oil baking oven that provides the gentle heat radiation so characteristic of this technology.
On the team of in-shop baking ovens (the kind MIWE made popular as "see and smell" baking) are the ones so loved by American bakers, the ever popular combination of the convection oven, MIWE econo, and the multi-deck oven, MIWE condo. The MIWE condo will make its separate appearance at the IBIE as well, of course, and sporting its American tray sizes.
MIWE also enjoys an excellent reputation as a maker of large industrial ovens. However, for reasons of space and, more importantly, for the fact that this sector is so dependent on individual solutions, the company has chosen to represent this important business unit with a series of in-depth video presentations.
Of particular interest to American bakers is the fully-automatic multi-deck loader MIWE athlet. This remarkable loading system can feed an entire battery of baking ovens and can transfer dough pieces automatically from one belt level to another, thus raising the efficiency of the bake shop to higher levels as well.
Last but not least, the burning issue of bakery refrigeration a la MIWE will be part of the company's focus at the IBIE this year as well. MIWE supplies refrigeration systems that can handle complete processes stretching from the bake shop to the pastry counter.
