MIWE has scored a perfect coup in Germany with the FreshFoodSystem MIWE cube. The modular system that unifies different baking oven systems and the corresponding proofing technology on the same base area combinable (almost) at will proves to be the fitting answer to the changed consumption and purchase habits of the consumers - and therefore a high-quality, flexible tool for safeguarding the future of in-store bakers.
But also for large size bakeries there are products from MIWE well worth viewing. A further exciting process is the development of the control system MIWE TC, which visitors can test on different oven types at the fair.
Baking hard rolls with a (modular) system
At the Europain, visitors can let themselves be convinced of the MIWE cube : stone, the second oven unit of the FreshFoodSystem. As the name implies, the debutante is a single deck oven that is aligned with the convection baking oven MIWE cube : air, which was available first, and sold in great numbers within only a few weeks.
Its special strengths can take effect everywhere where stationary baking atmosphere and contact heat by stone plate are advantageous. For example, businesses listing fresh, home-made stone-oven bread as special trademark on the menu now have the fitting equipment on hand with the MIWE cube : stone. Visitors at the fair can test the quality of the baking station themselves in the course of a baking presentation performed on a MIWE cube at the stand right in front of the eyes of the audience. Questions concerning in-store baking will be answered on location. But also other MIWE baking stations like the MIWE econo and the eneral-purpose baking oven MIWE condo can be experienced up close at the Europain in Paris from March 29th - April 2nd in hall 3 at stand F028.
Novelties in automation
The deck baking oven MIWE ideal with 6 hearths, 1.80 m wide and 2 m deep, is especially interesting for large bakeries. In this case, loading is best done automatically with the loading system MIWE athlet, which can be observed in action in the XXL-version at the Europain. MIWE additionally rounds off the entire production process for bakeries with comprehensive technology for the automation of baking processes with transport equipment, interface solutions, and loading technology.
Happy Birthday, roll-in
Another anniversary is celebrated in 2008: the MIWE roll-in turns 40. During this time, over 10.000 units were sold all over the world, and deliver very good work to the satisfaction of their owners. The rolling production is not only included in the name, but also poses to be the basic principle of this baking oven type for four decades now.
Longevity and high reliability through excellent materials with many specifities, ideal baking with low energy consumption due to MIWE aircontrol, and, last but not least, perfect control with clearly structured operation with the Touch Control MIWE TC have carried the tried and trusted product MIWE roll-in into the new millennium.

Control system MIWE TC now also in the MIWE aero
The MIWE roll-in already has it - the control system MIWE TC. Here it has already proven itself in the severe field test with extremely good results. Now it can also be ordered as serial production in the MIWE aero. The live test can be done at the fair, and every visitor can observe the easy handling and functionality for himself. Self-evident highlight of the new control system is the 7-inch colour display of the MIWE TC, which at the same time provides easy operation by the touch of a finger on the touch screen. The user interface is constructed to allow fitting of the control system in the horizontal as well as the vertical line - with the same basic construction on the screen.
The size of the display (800 x 480 pixels) allows large-scale displays that are easily readable also from greater distances. The only additional operating element of the control system is also new, a multi-function key sensitive to touch already from a distance similar to the clickwheel of an Apple iPod, that mainly serves as Touch-Sensor.
The entire control element is constructed without protruding parts and is moisture-protected - therefore cut out for the use in bakery surroundings. The inner qualities of the new MIWE TC may be less apparent, but definitely not less useful. The TC has gained especially in terms of communication. A USB port (familiar from the PC) is mounted on the front, and provides quick and simple entrance into the data world. An Ethernet-interface is already installed ex factory, bluetooth respectively WLAN-connections can be included as an option. By these means the MIWE TC (and with it the unit it controls) can be integrated into every current network architecture without a problem. Also in terms of internationalization the MIWE TC presents itself up to date: it not only offers several languages, but also the corresponding font (for example Cyrillic for the Russian program user surface).

MIWE offers the complete range of bakery refrigeration units from the tried and tested fully automatic proofing unit MIWE GVA over fully automated proofing and freezing lines all the way to the corresponding modules for in-store baking, and is therefore comprehensive partner for all air-conditioning tasks of bakeries and their smooth coupling. Interested visitors can convince themselves of this fact at the fair stand, and observe the units step by step. All in all, at the fair in Paris in 2008, MIWE presents comprehensively what it is best at by own account: the entirety of air-conditioning process baking, and their smoothest possible coupling.
