MIWE launches the fair year 2008 with success

The times of order fairs are not fully gone. Next to founded conversations with numerous interested specialist visitors, many direct deals were made at MIWE at the different fairs in the first quarter. From Dubai to Hamburg, the company MIWE can book the first fair section 2008 as a success.

The first appearance at the most important fair in the Golf region was not only interesting for MIWE, but also connected with good to very good new customer contacts. The market potential is enormous. This is why this fair, as well as this market, will continue to receive much attention during the next year. Because MIWE as a brand is already drawing attention, and is consciously searched for.

Bakkerij Dagen in Amsterdam - In-store baking as main topic
In the Netherlands, completely different structures prevail in the bakery market and the consumer habits compared to those in Germany. This causes the technology that is most adequate for baking wheat baking goods with a soft crust to be most frequently demanded. The specialist visitors at the stand were mainly interested in the topic „In-store baking", and the possibilities to use MIWE rack ovens as in-store baking ovens.

Internorga, Hamburg - Strong investment visitors provide positive fair result
„We can only confirm the official statement of the fair organization concerning the Internorga 2008. The total Catering and Food Service is experiencing a continuous updraught, and this was clearly noticeable on all days of the fair. The specialist visitors, from the bakery and confectionary branch, as well as the caterers that had a look at our products were open towards new ideas and concepts. For us, the fair was not only a presentation of our new products, but in fact truly an order fair, and therefore very successful already at the end of the fair period", was the résumé of Eike Zuckschwerdt, Marketing Manager at MIWE. The focus of the fair appearance was very clearly set on the area of in-store baking. The Wenz 1919, the MIWE aero TC, and the MIWE condo in a black ‚case' were presented to the audience as new products.

The interest in products with a nostalgic look was especially high, and visitor numbers were very ample the entire six days of the fair. The Internorga also offered the possibility to be personally convinced of the quality of the baking station once more.
Delicious snacks were baked right in front of the eyes of the audience at the stand on a MIWE cube. Sandra Becht, responsible for the management of seminars and training at MIWE was present the entire time, and was available for questions all about in-store baking.
